Hi everyone,
Last year I joined my company as a volunteer at the Bike MS. For those of you who don't know it's a two day, 150 mile bike ride to raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis. This year, I'm attempting to be a participant in the ride, by completing the 30 mile ride. I've started training, so far I'm up to 6 miles, and I've got 128 days to work my way up to my target 30.
